Our Compliance Approach

Partner Standards

We work with publishers, affiliates and buyers who can demonstrate appropriate standards for the markets and verticals they operate in. Campaign participation is subject to review, and we may decline or pause activity where requirements are not met.

Consumer Consent

  • Publishers are responsible for collecting appropriate, evidenced consumer consent at the point of data capture.
  • Consumers should be given clear privacy information, including the categories of parties their details may be shared with.
  • Data must be collected without misleading claims, incentives or pressure.

Data Protection

Personal data is handled in line with applicable UK, EU and US data protection requirements and the terms of our contracts. See our Privacy Policy for detail on rights, retention and international transfers.

Marketing and Contact Practices

Campaigns are expected to respect applicable marketing, telephone and electronic communication rules in the relevant market, including suppression and do-not-call obligations where they apply.

Regulated Verticals

Personal injury and health are sensitive verticals. We do not provide legal, medical or financial advice, and we do not make claims about outcomes, treatments or entitlements. Buyers are responsible for their own regulatory permissions and consumer-facing processes.
